TOPMed Abstract Instructions

  2. Develop an abstract

    1. Abstracts should be developed within a TOPMed Working Group.
    2. All abstracts must be associated with an existing TOPMed paper proposal, unless an exception is granted by the TOPMed P&P Committee.
       
  3. Submit the abstract to the TOPMed website

    1. Prior to presenting your abstract at a scientific conference or other TOPMed external forum, complete a TOPMed abstract submission.
    2. Once the abstract has been submitted, the abstract may be presented externally. There is no TOPMed P&P review or approval process for abstracts.
       
  4. View TOPMed abstract submissions

    1. Abstract submissions are visible to TOPMed members on the internal TOPMed abstract viewer as soon as they are submitted.
    2. Abstract submissions become visible to the general public via the public TOPMed abstract viewer three months after submission.
